Founded in 1995 by Jim Pappas, Rock Realty has been a cornerstone in the Jackson Heights/East Elmhurst community. I was an out of state owner selling a co-op in Jackson Heights. Jim assisted with every aspect of the sale. He arranged for and met cleaning contractors, plumbers and any other necessary services. He worked with the building management meeting them for inspections and general access. I did not have to do anything until closing and he was even kind enough to drive me there. I cannot say enough good things about Jim Pappas. He is honest, kind, knowledgeable and I always felt he had my best interest in mind.

We owned a three family home in Jackson Heights and used Jim Pappas for all our apartment rentals. Jim always found excellent tenants to occupy our apartments. In November we decided to sell the property and we chose Jim to be our relator because we knew of his abilities to find serious buyers. Jim found several interested buyers during the COVID period and in a matter of two weeks he sold the house, as is and at the price we requested. We highly recommend Jim Pappas as a reliable, honest and efficient realtor.

Exactly year ago my elderly aunt decided to sell her Coop apartment in NYC and retire in her native country, Poland. To sell a Co-op is challenging by itself and now the agent had to deal with pendemic. I asked my friend, who is a real estate agent in another state to help me select our agent and Jim Pappas was our favorite. He went above and beyond what is normally expected from a realtor. His response time in getting back to us anytime we called was incredible. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. My aunt sold her Coop at very good price and to her pleasant surprise much sooner than expected. Jim also helped us find a moving company, which did an excellent job emptying the apartment before the sale at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Jim Pappas and Rock Realty.
